RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Goretty Medina, each piece is created in limited quantities with a focus on craftsmanship and exclusivity.

Due to the nature of our production, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges may be accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects, subject to evaluation.

To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing photographic evidence of the issue.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.

Goretty Medina reserves the right to رفض any exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
